This wonderful family is doing their basement in stages, the first stage is an Egress window and proper basement air quality, We installed a Redi-Exit  Egress window and a Rockwell Egress Well. The size of the window and the size of the Well is important to allow a first responder the ability to gain access with full gear if ever required.
