This is a picture of what not to put on a cement floor. OSB board is a bunch of little pieces of wood (organic product) and glue. The OSB is attached down to something called sleepers which are 2x4's (organic product) attached to cement. Cement is porous and allows moisture vapor to come up from the soil. When the humidity gets to 65% or greater under the floor. Mold begins to grow. Almost all wood is a food source for many types of mold.
